A $249 one-time fee applies to all plans. It ensures our partnership is setup for success and includes:

  • Systems Integration: Complete the technical installation—connecting your bank and credit card accounts to the secure QuickBooks Online platform.

With Horizon Forecast Insights, I turn your clean, accurate books into a clear, customized 6–12 month view of cash flow and profitability. I build a straightforward model based on your key revenue drivers and cost structure, delivering best-case, base-case, and worst-case scenarios, variance tracking, and practical recommendations drawn from 32 years of corporate finance and Lean Six Sigma experience. You’ll receive:

  • Monthly updated forecast report with 6-12 month projections

  • Plain-English executive summary highlighting risks, opportunities, and next steps

  • 15-20 minute focused review (integrated into your existing consultation time)

  • Extra transactions over limit: $1 per item
